Planting and Seasonal Care
Plant your perennials and annuals in the spring. This is also a good time to sow pastel flower seed amongst your shade flower plants. Be sure to water seeds daily until seedlings appear. Money plants and Forget-me-nots do very well growing from seed.
In fall plant your pastel flower bulbs. Dig a hole about 4-6 inches deep and plant each pastel shade flower bulb with the pointy side up. In warmer climates check with your professional gardener to determine if your shade pastel flower bulbs can remain in the earth or will need to be dug up and put in artificial cold storage so your flowers will bloom again.
